How do I buy the goods I like?

Shopping with CelebrityFashionDirect.com could not be easier!

  • Simply click on any image that you like from the collection. See all the information we have on that item along with close up and detail views of garment.
  • Please check the diary for any duplications if it is for a special event and check size and measurements guides for fit.
  • Select size and pop it into your shopping basket. You can then choose to continue shopping or head to the checkout to complete the transaction.
  • We will then ask for your login details or if you are a new customer, to complete the express registration for address  and contact details.
  • We will then ask for payment details.

On receipt of your order, we will send you an Order Confirmation email to the email address which you have provided us with. This email will contain your Order ID Number and details of the goods ordered.

Please note that this email is only to acknowledge that your order has been received, and is not acceptance by us of any offers to purchase goods. Payment will be taken from your credit/ debit card and an order despatch email will be sent to you. This is when we have agreed to a contract with you.

We must receive full payment before we can accept it as an order.

How long does delivery take?

Once the payment has been processed your order will be selected, packaged and then despatched. We aim to provide a swift delivery service and most standard orders will be despatched within 24 hours (For UK allow up to 5 working days for processing & delivery), but as a rule we will deliver within 7 days to the UK. Within 10 days to other areas. If you place an order on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday, the order will only be received on the Monday. If the Monday is a Bank Holiday this will then be received on the Tuesday. Our parcels are delivered by courier this ensures that each package must be signed for, to aid security and protection of the garments. If you are not there to sign for the delivery a card will be posted through your letterbox with a contact telephone number to call to arrange an alternative delivery date.

An express delivery service is available on request.

We endeavour to keep the website as up to date as possible and can therefore give firm reassurances (unless stated as preview item), that what you see on the website is available to purchase.
If an item you like is no longer shown on our website, it may have sold out completely. Please send us an e-mail as we strive to keep our stock fresh by designing edited ranges, but if something is in demand we may try to replace it with a similar yet unique product. We can then notify you when that may be in stock.

We will need to know your ‘Wear Date’, please enter into comments box when purchasing. Your credit card will NOT be charged unless you have pre-ordered the item & made payment.

If we have any preview items on the website they will be clearly marked as coming soon. You can pre-order and your payment and delivery details taken.  If we are unable to deliver within 30 days we will only proceed with an order after your agreement to a longer time. If we are unable to deliver, your payment will be refunded.

When you reach the final billing page and press 'Submit Your Order' we will immediately contact your bank/card issuer for authorisation to take payment from your account.
If the payment is authorised, you will receive an email within a few minutes confirming your order, and payment will be taken from your account shortly afterwards.
If payment is authorised but we have a query with your order, an email will be sent to you to advise you of the nature of the query. If we are unable to resolve the query for any reason and cannot dispatch your order, a full refund will be issued back to your card. If the payment is not authorised by your bank or card issuer, you will receive an email within a few minutes advising you of the reason why.

What happens once I have paid?

Once you have paid at the checkout your order will be processed and you will receive a final notification page stating your unique Order ID Number.
Print a copy of this or save it online for your records in case you need to query your order. Your chosen items will then be selected & despatched to you. We carefully pack garments in new tissue paper and boxes to ensure your order arrives in pristine condition (some items will require steaming/pressing, please check with care labels first).

How do I track my order?

You will receive a despatch email once your parcel has been sent that will contain information on how to track your order. Alternatively, you can access your account to track your order. We have chosen to work with Parcelforce to ship our items. You will be able to log onto their website, enter your parcel number and track your delivery at- www.parcelforce.com

What happens if my purchase does not fit or I change my mind?

If you change your mind and want to cancel or amend the order you have placed with us, this will depend on the status of your order.

If your order status is 'Awaiting Despatch' then it may be possible to amend it.

To change or cancel your order please e-mail customercare@celebrityfashiondirect.com with your Order ID Number and include details of the amendment(s) required. Customer care will then reply to your email to either confirm that the amendment has been processed, or to advise if it has not been possible to amend the order for any reason.

If your order has already been despatched, no order amendments are possible. You will need to return the order to us.

If you decide to cancel then you will have to notify us within 7 days of delivery, by email or in writing and return the goods to us unworn. In their original condition and unmarked and with all the original labels intact and you have a 'duty of care' over the garments until they are returned to us. You will also have to pay the costs of returning the goods.

What happens if I need to return an item?

We want you to be delighted with your order, so if you are unhappy with your goods you can return any item in their original perfect condition (as they were sent to you), you must notify us of your wishes within 7 days of receipt of goods. We will issue a full refund on receipt, or exchange the item for a different size / colour if preferred. All items must be returned to us before a refund or replacement is issued.

Some intimate items are excluded from the returns policy, as are made to measure/order items.

Under the United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to cancel your order for any item purchased from celebrityfashiondirect.com for a full refund.  Order cancellations must be made in writing, quoting your Order ID Number, within 7 days of delivery of your item(s), and can be sent by email to customercare@celebrityfashiondirect.com or by post to:

No return will be accepted without a celebrityfashiondirect.com RAN
No RAN will be issued after 7 days from order delivery.
No refund will be issued on worn merchandise.
No refund will be issued if any tags or labels are removed from the merchandise.
Delivery charges and made to measure/order items are not refundable. If you are returning an item to us for a refund or an exchange then the cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.
 
Return all items in the whole original packaging, including any hangers, garment bags & boxes.

Please include your Full Name as it appears in the invoice, your Order ID Number (not the Airway Tracking number).
Once approved a RAN will be emailed to you.

Please make sure your goods are securely packed. Include the invoice which accompanies the items when delivered to you or write on a piece of A4 paper your full name, Order ID Number, returned item/s style number, colour, size and RAN clearly. Please clearly write your RAN on the outside of the box. If there is no RAN on the outside of the package then there is a good chance that this will lead to delays.

The goods should be returned to the above address, in their original condition, within 14 days of receipt. The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. Once you decide to return items you must not use them and must take good care of them while they remain in your possession.
For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using our chosen signed for delivery service. We work with Parcelforce to ensure that your items are returned safely and in good condition, as quickly as possible.

We can arrange collection on your behalf.

You must retain your receipt for tracking and insurance purposes.

On arrival all goods will be checked for signs of wear or damage.

Please note that some of our garments need to be handled with care, made with delicate fabric, skin and trims.

When trying on items of clothing, please ensure that you are not wearing perfume, aftershave or a deodorant which may leave a scent or marks on the item. We will be unable to accept the return of any item where there is evidence that these instructions have not been followed.

Refunds will be credited to the method of payment used to pay for the goods only. Once a refund is processed you will receive an email confirming this. Please note that it can take up to 30 working days for your refund to show on your card account. This time frame is dictated by your bank or card issuer and is beyond our control. We will credit your card for the cost of returned goods minus any delivery costs (exceptions apply). Please refer to your invoice to calculate any charges.

We will not make refunds to any third party.

Our delivery charges to you may be subsidised, the actual return amount will be shown on your invoice.

Only items bought from us online can be returned directly to us. If you purchased the items from one of our retail partners in store, please return it with them. Your contract will be between the store and yourself. They may operate in a slightly different way, so you need to check their sales and return policy with them directly.

If you are returning an item to us for a refund or an exchange then the cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.

Return all items in the whole original packaging, including any hangers, garment bags & boxes.

Request a RAN via email at: customercare@celebrityfashiondirect.com

Please include your Full Name as it appears in the invoice, your Order ID Number (not the Airway Tracking number).

Once approved a RAN will be emailed to you.

Please make sure your goods are securely packed. Include the invoice which accompanies the items when delivered to you or write on a piece of A4 paper your full name, Order ID Number, returned item/s style number, colour, size and RAN clearly. Please clearly write your RAN on the outside of the box. If there is no RAN on the outside of the package then there is a good chance that this will lead to delays.

The goods should be returned to the above address, in their original condition, within 14 days of receipt. The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. Once you decide to return items you must not use them and must take good care of them while they remain in your possession.
For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using our chosen signed for delivery service. We work with Parcelforce to ensure that your items are returned safely and in good condition, as quickly as possible.

We can arrange collection on your behalf.

You must retain your receipt for tracking and insurance purposes.

On arrival all goods will be checked for signs of wear or damage.

Please note that some of our garments need to be handled with care, made with delicate fabric, skin and trims.

When trying on items of clothing, please ensure that you are not wearing perfume, aftershave or a deodorant which may leave a scent or marks on the item. We will be unable to accept the return of any item where there is evidence that these instructions have not been followed.

Refunds will be credited to the method of payment used to pay for the goods only. Once a refund is processed you will receive an email confirming this. Please note that it can take up to 30 working days for your refund to show on your card account. This time frame is dictated by your bank or card issuer and is beyond our control. We will credit your card for the cost of returned goods minus any delivery costs (exceptions apply)

We will not make refunds to any third party.

Please note-

Our delivery charges to you may be subsidised, the actual return amount will be shown on your invoice.

Only items bought from us online can be returned directly to us. If you purchased the items from one of our retail partners in store, please return it with them. Your contract will be between the store and yourself. They may operate in a slightly different way, so you need to check their sales and return policy with them directly.

Wrong or faulty items

If the item you received is faulty or is not what you originally ordered, please email customercare@celebrityfashiondirect.com quoting your Order ID Number, your name and address, details of the product and the reason for return, and whether you require a refund or a replacement. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return.

Cancellation

If you change your mind about anything you order, you can cancel that order free of charge so long as you notify us of your intent to return the item within 7 working days of receipt of goods. We do not pay for the return of goods. We will refund your money, excluding delivery charge, within 30 days of our receipt of the cancelled goods, provided that those goods are in their original condition. You do not have to provide any reason for cancellation.

These terms and conditions shall be construed in accordance with English law and the courts of England OR the jurisdiction in which you are resident or domiciled (at celebrityfashiondirect.com’s election) shall have jurisdiction to resolve any disputes between you and celebrityfashiondirect.com, without regard to any choice of law provisions or private international law. You hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the Royal Courts of Justice, Strand, London, UK, for any and all disputes relating to the Terms of Service, use of this Web site or any Linked site in the event that celebrityfashiondirect.com have elected England as the jurisdiction.

Entire Agreement

The above Terms of Service constitute the entire agreement of the parties and supersede any and all preceding and contemporaneous agreements between you and celebrityfashiondirect.com.
